What we collect and why

• Order details — name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought. Used to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations (contract; legal obligation). Kept for 6 years for tax records.
• Payment — processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Basket — stored in your browser only (local storage), never sent to us until you check out.
• Server logs — our host, Cloudflare, records IP addresses briefly to protect the site (legitimate interests).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout page for fraud prevention.

Sharing

We share data only with Stripe (payment), our delivery carrier (name and address) and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
