1. Who we are

2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is found, in which case you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the UK only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns

6. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of the UK nation where you live.
